Founded in 1989 by John Williamson and Jim Ballantyne, today there are more than a dozen members of the Legion sponsored pipe band.

The band has attended BC Legion Highland gatherings for many years. In 2005 the band placed first in the Grade 5 band competition of the gathering. In 2002 the band hosted the gathering on Salt Spring Island.

Should you wish to have a solo bagpiper or the entire Pipe Band perform at your next event, please contact us. If you would like to learn to play, practices are held every Tuesday night and lessons are free.
